Do you feel that your energy can change the world, and that your passion for action drives you to achieve your goals? If so, we have the perfect place for you to grow!
At Flowork, we believe that everyone has immense potential to achieve great things. That’s why we don’t just offer a job—we provide a space where you can bring out the best in yourself and make a real impact on our team’s daily work.

What We're Looking For

  • Mobile work in Germany —you’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment and make a real impact on the projects we undertake
  • Essential work tools —we provide a laptop, a phone, and a company car
  • Stable employment – we offer an employment contract starting from your first day on the job
  • Support and onboarding – we provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing team support, so you’ll quickly feel confident in your new role
  • Real impact on the organization —your voice matters; you’ll participate in streamlining processes and their continuous improvement
  • Contributing to the company’s growth —by joining our team, you become part of an organization that prioritizes growth and improving work efficiency

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects in Germany—from supporting employees and organizing operational processes to maintaining ongoing communication with clients.

In your daily work, you will:

  • Provide ongoing support to temporary employees—both at the workplace and in their accommodations—ensuring their comfort and facilitating smooth communication with the employer and external institutions
  • Monitoring project progress and responding promptly to emerging operational challenges, including situations requiring immediate action
  • Coordinate key organizational areas such as housing, transportation, training (including health and safety), and team-building activities
  • Maintain constant contact with clients, ensuring high-quality cooperation, timely order fulfillment, and the development of business relationships
  • Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, sales, HR, administration) to ensure the smooth flow of information and the effective execution of projects
  • Prepare candidate profiles, translate documents, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of documentation
  • Create reports for internal use and for clients

What We Offer

  • Do you want to work remotely in Germany and have a real impact on the progress and quality of the projects you work on?
  • You have a Class B driver’s license
  • You use German in practice or want to develop your language skills in your daily work (German language proficiency at a minimum B1 level)
  • You are good at organizing your work and effectively completing tasks
  • You easily build relationships and foster cooperation based on trust
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and can make sound decisions under time pressure
