Occupational Safety and Health Specialist (M/F)

• Relevant education (bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in occupational health and safety) in accordance with legal requirements for the position.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the industry [e.g., construction/manufacturing] is preferred).

• Communicative proficiency in English

• Practical knowledge of the Labor Code and current occupational safety and health standards.

• Independence and assertiveness —we’re not afraid of tough decisions when it comes to safety.

As our Health and Safety Specialist, you will have a real impact on shaping our safety culture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and advising on health and safety regulations and policies across the company’s units.

• Conducting inspections of working conditions and monitoring compliance with regulations.

• Developing and updating documentation (including occupational risk assessments, health and safety instructions, and records).

• Conducting initial and periodictraining for employees (in an engaging manner, not just "on paper").

• Participating in determining the circumstances of workplaceaccidents and developing preventive measures.

• Collaborating with external institutions (National Labor Inspectorate, State Inspection Service) and the occupational health physician.
