For our client—a modern plastics manufacturing company located in Jasin —we are seeking candidates for the position of Injection Molding Machine Setter
If you have experience operating and retooling injection molding machines and would like to work in a modern facility that uses advanced manufacturing technologies, this opportunity is just for you.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company
- Practical knowledge of plastic injection molding technology
- Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
- UDT certification for operating overhead cranes
- Ability to work with technical and process documentation
- Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to the quality of work performed
- Ability to work in a team and a desire for continuous development
- Good work organization and basic computer skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with ENGEL injection molding machines
- UDT certification for operating forklifts
- Knowledge of English or German
Your Responsibilities
- Setup of injection molding machines and mold installation using an overhead crane
- Setting process parameters and starting production
- Quality control of the first parts after process startup
- Monitoring machine operating parameters and responding to any irregularities
- Performing basic maintenance tasks on injection molding machines
- Maintaining technical and process documentation
- Collaborating with the production, quality, and maintenance departments
- Participating in activities aimed at improving and optimizing processes
- Maintaining order and safety at the workstation
