What We're Looking For
- At least a technical high school diploma; preferred fields of study: mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electromechanics
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or a recent graduate with limited experience who is eager to learn the trade
- Knowledge of technical issues and the ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
- SEP G1 certification up to 1 kV
- Additional technical certifications, such as SEP G2/G3 or UDT, are welcome
- Responsibility and commitment to assigned duties
- Independence and the ability to solve technical problems
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments
- communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively
- Stress resilience and the ability to act in emergency situations
- Good work organization and the ability to set priorities
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth and trouble-free operation of production machinery and equipment
- identifying the causes of malfunctions, diagnosing technical problems, and resolving them
- Performing technical inspections, maintenance, and routine upkeep
- Carrying out periodic repairs and modernization work on machinery and equipment
- operating and working with machining equipment, including lathes and milling machines
- actively participating in the design, construction, and commissioning of new machines and equipment
- Working closely with the production department and other company departments
