Are you looking for a stable job in Wałbrzych that doesn’t require experience? For our client in the automotive industry, which manufactures components used in various car brands, we are seeking candidates for the position of Machine Operator
This opportunity is for people who value stable employment, clearly defined responsibilities, and the chance to gain experience in a manufacturing facility. We provide on-the-job training for this position, so prior manufacturing experience is not required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum vocational education
- Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule , Monday through Friday
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills— production experience is not required
- A responsible and calm approach to work and adherence to established rules
- Commitment and a long-term mindset—we are looking for people interested in stable employment
- Attention to the quality of work performed and adherence to health and safety rules
Your Responsibilities
- Operating the production and assembly lines in accordance with applicable standards
- Performing simple production and assembly tasks in accordance with workstation instructions
- Inspecting the quality of manufactured components and verifying parts for compliance with requirements
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the production process at your workstation
- Adhering to health and safety rules and applicable procedures
- Collaborating with the team and supervisors on the completion of daily tasks
