For our client—a company specializing in the production of fresh salads and vegetables—we are seeking a Production Line Coordinator / Team Leader
The work takes place on modern, automated lines for washing, cutting, and packaging fresh produce.
What We're Looking For
- Good knowledge of German—a requirement,
- communication skills and the ability to work with people,
- responsibility and good work organization,
- Determination and a willingness to work,
- willingness to work in temperatures of 5–10°C
Your Responsibilities
- Supervising a team of 10–14 people,
- organizing and coordinating the team’s work,
- ensuring compliance with hygiene rules and quality standards,
- ensuring that production plans are carried out
What We Offer
- a rate between 20 and 22 euros per hour, gross
