Job description

IPF Global Sp. z o.o., owner of the Flowork brand, is employment agency No. 7799.

For our client—an industry leader specializing in the drying and advanced processing of plant-based raw materials, primarily fruits, for the food industry—we are seeking candidates for the position of Equipment Operator.

What We're Looking For

Technical education (in technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field)
Experience operating production systems and equipment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production parameters
Ability to monitor and optimize processes
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality procedures
Handling technical documentation and reporting
Ability to respond quickly to deviations and malfunctions
Good work organization and a sense of responsibility
Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
Forklift certification and knowledge of quality standards, particularly HACCP and GMP, are a plus

Your Responsibilities

Operation and Monitoring of Production Equipment
Monitoring of technological process parameters
Adjusting and maintaining machinery
Supervising the quality of manufactured products
Maintaining production records
Maintaining order and safety at the workstation
