Job description
Would you like to work in the Netherlands on a stable hotel project with a day shift? We’re looking for housekeeping staff to join our team at high-end hotels in the Amsterdam area.
Your main task is to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort while adhering to hotel service standards. The work is well-organized: each employee is independently responsible for assigned rooms.
Key responsibilities include:
- cleaning and preparing hotel rooms;
- changing bed linens;
- restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies;
- ensuring cleanliness and order;
- adhering to hotel standards
The work is during day shifts, starting around 7:00 a.m. During peak season, there is an opportunity to work additional hours.

We are looking for people who pay close attention to detail and understand how important cleanliness and order are in the hospitality industry.

What We Offer
We offer stable employment at high-end hotels, official employment status, and full support from a coordinator at every stage of your employment.
- €15.52 gross per hour and approximately 40 hours per week;
- day shifts starting around 7:00 a.m. and the possibility of overtime during peak season;
- monthly pay, by the 10th of the month, deposited into a foreign currency account;
- employment contract + A1, with an initial 3-month contract automatically renewable up to 1.5 years;
- health insurance;
- housing for 175 € per week, with 2 people per room; couples get a private room;
- a €25/week discount on housing for employees who commute to work by public transportation;
- Bonus for drivers: €300/month for a personal car or €160/month for a company car—if a driver is required;
- €100 bonus for referring an employee who works for one month;
- Organized travel from Poznań— 600 PLN, or the option to travel independently to the Netherlands and sign documents upon arrival;
- full support from a coordinator throughout the entire employment period
