Job description
Do you have experience operating forklifts and reach trucks and are you looking for a stable job in the Netherlands? We invite you to join the team at a modern logistics warehouse operated by an international trading company in Breda.
The company specializes in the storage and distribution of industrial goods (non-food). The work takes place in a modern warehouse with a comfortable temperature, well-organized processes, and strict adherence to safety standards.
You will operate front-load and reach trucks, ensuring the proper movement and placement of goods within the warehouse.
Your main responsibilities:
- operating a forklift and reach truck;
- transporting goods throughout the warehouse;
- working in a high-bay warehouse;
- loading and unloading products;
- storing goods on shelves;
- Performing other warehouse tasks;
- adhering to safety rules and the company’s internal standards
The position requires working 5 days a week, 8 hours per day Overtime and Saturday work are available as needed.
What We're Looking For
This position is intended for experienced operators who are confident in operating both front-loaders and high-reach forklifts and who wish to advance their careers in the field of logistics.
Requirements:
- experience operating forklifts and reach trucks;
- a valid forklift operator’s license issued no more than 5 years ago;
- conversational English— at least B1 level;
- responsibility and attention to detail when operating equipment;
- willingness to commit to long-term employment;
- Age: up to 50 years old
You must also have documents confirming your right to operate a forklift, as well as valid Polish documents or a sticker.
What We Offer

- €15.44 gross/hour;
- estimated income— up to 2,300–2,350 € net/month, depending on the number of hours, additional pay, and bonuses;
- additional bonuses and allowances in accordance with project terms;
- Salary paid monthly, by the 10th, to a foreign currency account;
- the option of an advance of up to 200 € after a full week of work;
- Dutch employment contract or umowa o pracę;
- long-term official employment;
- housing arranged by the employer— €140 per week;
- Accommodation for 2 people per room;
- Transportation to work provided;

- bonus for drivers: up to 300 € per month for a personal vehicle or 160 € per month for a company vehicle;
- €100 bonus for referring an employee;
- ongoing support from a coordinator
To start work, you can take advantage of organized transportation from Poznań—600 PLN, paid directly to the carrier—or travel to the Netherlands on your own.
