Job description
Do you have experience working with a knife and are looking for a stable job in the Netherlands? A company in IJmuiden is hiring workers for its fish processing production line.
The work takes place at a fish processing plant, where the main processes involve handling and packaging finished products The bulk of the work consists of filleting red fish by hand, so it’s important that you’re confident working with a knife and prepared for physically demanding work.
Your main responsibilities:
- filling and processing red fish by hand;
- packaging fish products;
- receiving and processing deliveries;
- product quality control;
- compliance with hygiene regulations and production standards
Work schedule:

5 days a week, day shifts
What We're Looking For
We are looking for people who have Polish documents and take their responsibilities seriously.
The following will be considered a plus:

experience working with knives in a manufacturing setting;

experience in the fishing industry or at food processing plants;

physical stamina;
-
willingness to work morning shifts;
-
attention to quality and adherence to hygiene standards.
If you have previously worked in fish processing, have experience filleting, or have performed other knife-related tasks, this will be a significant advantage for this position.
What We Offer
- 14.99 € gross/hour;
- stable employment;
- salary paid once a month, by the 10th, to a foreign currency account;
- official employment under a temporary employment contract + A1;
- a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 1.5 years;
- housing at 175 € per week, with the option to receive an advance;
- Accommodation for 2 people per room;
- Organized transportation to work; fuel costs are split among employees;
- Additional pay for drivers: 300 € per month for using their own car or 160 € per month for a company car;
- €100 bonus for referring an employee;
- Support from a coordinator throughout the entire employment period
You can travel to the Netherlands as part of an organized group from Poznań—600 PLN, paid directly to the carrier—or make your own way to the work location.
This position is particularly suitable for candidates who already have experience working with knives and want to use their skills for stable employment in the Netherlands. If you’re used to a fast-paced production environment, physical labor, and attention to detail—your experience will be truly valuable here.
