Would you like to work in a modern manufacturing facility and are you looking for a stable job in the Netherlands? A company in Putten has openings for positions related to the production and processing of wooden pallets.
This is one of the largest companies in Europe specializing in the production of new pallets, as well as the repair and recycling of used logistics packaging. The work is carried out in a modern, automated production facility using production lines and warehouse equipment.
As a pallet production worker, you will be responsible for:
- manufacturing wooden pallets;
- sorting finished products;
- repairing damaged pallets;
- quality control;
- maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
Job responsibilities are divided as follows:
70% — production | 20% — sorting | 10% — pallet repair.
Work is conducted in 3 shifts:
- morning: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.;
- afternoon: 2:15 p.m.–11:15 p.m.;
- night shift: 11:00 PM–6:00 AM — as needed
Additional pay is provided for working rotating shifts:
- +15% for the second shift;
- +30% for the night shift
Your Responsibilities
This job opening is suitable for people who are ready for active work on the production floor and want to work on a long-term basis.
Requirements for the position:
- willingness to work rotating shifts;
- Polish documents (residence permit, visa, UKR status, or valid extension documents)
- motivation to work;
- willingness to perform physically demanding production tasks
Previous experience working with pallets is a plus, but the most important thing is a willingness to work, learn, and adhere to production standards
What We Offer
- 14.99 € gross/hour;
- stable, long-term employment;
- salary paid once a month, by the 10th, to a foreign currency account;
- official employment under an employment contract (umowa o pracę) + A1;
- a 3-month contract with automatic renewal for up to 1.5 years;
- housing arranged by the employer — 175 € per week;
- Transportation to work provided;
- Additional payment for drivers: €300 per month for a personal vehicle or €160 per month for a company vehicle;
- €100 bonus for referring an employee;
- support from a coordinator throughout the entire employment period;
- a housing deposit of 3,000–3,400 PLN, which is covered by the employer and may be withheld only in the event of property damage or outstanding rent
You can travel to the Netherlands as part of an organized trip from Poznań—600 PLN, paid directly to the carrier—or travel to the Netherlands on your own and sign the necessary documents upon arrival.
