For our client—a company operating in an international environment—we are seeking candidates for the position of Sales Support Specialist. What We're Looking For

College degree (preferably in economics, administration, or a related field)
At least one year of experience in sales support or customer service
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Very good knowledge of English —a mandatory requirement essential for day-to-day work
Knowledge of German is a plus
Experience working with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) is preferred

Your Responsibilities

Creating price quotes and preparing cost estimates for customers
Supporting sales negotiations and liaising with business partners
Processing orders in the ERP system and ensuring data accuracy
Preparing sales reports and summaries for internal use
Reviewing and archiving sales documents
Handling customer complaints and providing post-sale support
Collaborating with other company departments on ongoing projects
