For our client—an international company specializing in the production of components for the automotivesector and heating/plumbing systems—we are seeking candidates for the position of Production Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company, including managing a team of more than 10 people,
- a technical college degree (an IWE welding engineer certification is preferred),
- Experience in the area of Continuous Improvement,
- knowledge of welding technologies,
- strong communication and leadership skills,
- initiative, independence in decision-making, and the ability to act effectively in demanding situations,
- knowledge of the SAP system,
- analytical thinking skills and a goal-oriented approach,
- proficiency in English sufficient for fluent communication
Your Responsibilities
- achieving production targets,
- ensuring high-quality production processes,
- managing a team of employees, including conducting recruitment, creating schedules, delegating tasks, and developing growth plans,
- planning and controlling costs within the assigned area,
- analyzing production metrics and implementing improvement measures to achieve set goals,
- ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental protection standards
