Job description
For our client, a multinational company with strong Scandinavian roots, specializing in complex logistics and transportation services, we are looking for a person for the position of ESG & Facility Manager, who will be responsible for managing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) related aspects and coordinating the company's facilities and infrastructure management activities.

Your Responsibilities
- Report ESG data to Group headquarters in Denmark and work with the central ESG&Quality team to implement sustainability strategies at the group level.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of ESG activities at the local level, in accordance with group guidelines and regulations (e.g. CSRD, ESRS).
- Management of the company's properties - both owned and leased by external companies (maintenance, inspections, service contracts, planning of renovations).
- Ongoing contact with utility suppliers (energy, water, gas, waste) and billing of consumption and costs.
- Cooperation with tenants of buildings - coordination of operational and technical issues.
- Monitoring the technical condition of buildings, responding to breakdowns, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Initiating and implementing optimization projects to increase operational and energy efficiency.
- Work closely with the company's branches and warehouse centers in Poland.
What We Offer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (ESG, Facility, HSE or technical property management).
- Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2 - prerequisite (working with headquarters in Denmark).
- University education (preferred: environmental engineering, real estate management, logistics, energy).
- Knowledge of current ESG regulations and practical experience in environmental reporting.
- Knowledge of CSRD and ESRS reporting.
- Experience in managing buildings and technical infrastructure, including dealing with service and utility providers.
- Open-mindedness, creativity, and self-reliance in carrying out tasks.
