You can apply directly for your chosen job offer on our website. If you don’t have a CV, just write a few words about yourself , and we’ll get in touch with you.

Let’s talk

We’ll get in touch with you to discuss your experience, qualifications, and employment conditions. We’ll also answer all your questions.

Additional tests

If the employer requires it, we may ask you to participate in additional tests. These might include, for example, welding or metalworking samples, from which we’ll send the employer video or photo documentation.

We present you to the employer

We’ll create your profile in the appropriate language and send it to the potential employer, who will make the final decision about hiring you for the position.

We sign a contract

If you get the job (congratulations!), we’ll reach out to you to complete all the formalities and provide details about the work conditions and any necessary relocation arrangements. We’ll take care of everything!

You’re leaving (and we’re supporting you)

We’ll arrange accommodation close to your workplace, transport to and from work, and handle all administrative details. We’ll also be available to help with everyday needs, such as visits to the dentist or mechanic.

You earn

It should be obvious, but just to be clear: you are employed under a legal contract, and your salary will be deposited into your account by the 10th of each month. No exceptions.

What if I don’t know the language?

At Flowork, throughout your employment, you are under the care of a bilingual coordinator who ensures smooth communication between you and your employer, even if you don't speak the language. We also use automatic translators to quickly address matters that require immediate communication.

Do I need to find accommodation myself once I arrive?

If you get a job abroad through Flowork, we’ll arrange accommodation and transportation for you. You don't have to handle it on your own.

What kind of accommodation do you offer?

We offer accommodation in double rooms, always considering housing arrangements for couples. Typically, these are 5-person houses, though the number of residents ultimately depends on the size of the project and the availability of options in the market. Each employee contributes to the rental costs of the accommodation.

How do I get to the location?

The Flowork team will arrange your transportation at an agreed time – you don't need to worry about it. We’ll establish all the details when we sign the contract.
