Job description
For our client, a well-established international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced and committed Plant Manager to take full responsibility for the operation of a modern production facility and to play a key role in the group's management structure.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations: production, planning, logistics, supply chain, HR and EHS.
- Implement and promote lean culture, continuous improvement and problem solving at the source.
- Responsible for operational efficiency, cost optimization and goal achievement in the areas of safety, quality and on-time delivery.
- Representing the plant in the group's management structures - participating in investment planning and strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership - building effective teams, coaching, communication and motivation.
- Collaborating with sales and product departments to ensure production is in line with customer expectations.
- Clear reporting of production opportunities and risks to senior stakeholders.
What We Offer
- Min. 7 years of experience in a management position in a manufacturing company (Plant Manager or Production Manager positions preferred).
- Experience in metal processing (steel, cast iron) and working in plants with complex process structures
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Familiarity with integrating automation into manufacturing and logistics processes
- Ability to lead change, collaborate and constructively challenge the status quo
Nice to have:
- Experience in consumer goods manufacturing
- Knowledge of the specifics of working with international markets (EU/US)
