Your Responsibilities

You will be in charge of analyzing organizational processes and identifying areas that need improvement, as well as optimizing and automating them using Power Query.
You will be responsible for documenting procedures and instructions and updating them on an ongoing basis in response to team needs.
On a daily basis, you will develop reports and analyses for the IT team and other departments, monitoring data quality and suggesting specific improvements.
You will engage in IT projects focused on process analysis and optimization - in collaboration with the team, you will support system integration and data flow automation.
You will create manuals and training materials, as well as conduct internal training on the implemented improvements and tools used by the team.
Your task will also be to proactively seek out and implement new technologies and tools that will increase the efficiency of the IT team, especially in the areas of data analysis and process automation.

What We Offer

You have very good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros) and Power Query for data processing, allowing you to effectively analyze large data sets in the context of business processes.
You have experience working in IT projects as a data analyst or consultant. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be a plus.
You are familiar with process automation tools such as Power Automate or VBA, and have experience in business process optimization. Familiarity with Salesforce (reporting, process automation, integrations) is welcome.
You are able to organize your work in a dynamic environment, prioritize and manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.
You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with different departments (IT, business), and can clearly communicate analysis results and recommendations, being proactive in action.
