Job description
IPF Global Sp. z o.o., owner of the Flowork brand, is employment agency No. 7799, and we are looking for a person for the position of: Customer Service Specialist with French language.
.What We're Looking For
- Fluent knowledge of French
- Ability to operate Office programs including Excel, Word and sales software
- Very good communication skills
- Ease in establishing contacts
- Resistance to stress

- Commitment
- Knowledge of another foreign language (e.g. English, German, etc.) would be appreciated
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish
- Collaborate with business customers
- Collaborate closely with sales structures in the company
- Administrative support
- Coordination of shipment of goods
- Collaborate with the quality department in case of complaints
- Manage data in the ERP system
- Following procedures, guidelines and communication policies
- Building and maintaining positive relationships
