You know German, you want to gain experience and you are looking for an additional source of income?
Join our client's team that supports the Customer Service Center with German language.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of German at a minimum B2 level
- Good work organization and ease in dealing with people
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to take action
- Ability to respond under time pressure
Your Responsibilities
- Receiving and recording requests from German customers
- Sending requests to our partner in France
- Replenishing information by contacting customers using the application
- Working closely with our team of consultants and leaders
- Care for high quality work in accordance with company standards
