Job description
IPF Global Sp. z o.o., owner of the Flowork brand, is employment agency No. 7799. For our client, we are looking for a person for the position of Recruitment Specialist, who will support the HR department in daily tasks. The person hired for this position will be responsible for supporting recruitment processes, handling documentation and supporting the hiring of new employees.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of HR experience - prerequisite
- Familiarity with recruitment and administrative processes
- Communicative knowledge of English - prerequisite
- Good work organization, conscientiousness and commitment
- Ability to work with documents and recruitment systems
- High personal culture and communication skills
Your Responsibilities
- Preliminary resume selection
- Setting candidates for appointments (phone contact, coordinating appointments, managing calendar, sending SMS messages)
- Refreshing and updating job advertisements on recruitment portals (including Emplo)
- Giving feedback to candidates after interviews
- Preparing the adaptation schedule for new employees
- Maintaining records for the Agency for Temporary Employment (APT)
- Completing and updating recruitment and hiring files
- Verifying applications
- Making copies of post-training credentials for transfer to personnel files
- Continuous support of the work of the HR office, as needed on an ongoing basis
- Support in hiring foreigners (handling official matters, including: PESEL number, LUXMED examinations, bank accounts, SIM cards)
