Job description
We are looking for a person to join our client's accounting department. If you have experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment and are looking to grow in an ambitious, stable team - this could be the proposition for you.
What We're Looking For
- Secondary or higher education with economic, financial or accounting profile
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a financial or accounting department
- practical knowledge of accounting principles enabling independent posting of basic financial operations
- English language skills at a level that allows communication
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work in a team
- Experience in working with ERP system is welcome
- knowledge of German and/or French would be an advantage
Your Responsibilities
- responsibility for a particular business area: accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger
- processing of cost and warehouse invoices
- monitoring and reconciling open items of general ledger accounts
- ongoing verification of settlements
- monitoring of payments
- cooperation with other departments to ensure correctness of accounting processes
