Job description

IPF Global Sp. z o.o., owner of the Flowork brand, is employment agency No. 7799.

For our client in Grądy, we are looking for committed candidates interested in developing in the field of human resources and payroll. If you have first experience in HR administration, want to grow in a stable company and value a good working atmosphere - we invite you to apply!

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and payroll (preferably in a company with a diversified employment structure)
Knowledge of current labor and social security laws
Practical experience in calculating salaries and settling working time
Good knowledge of MS Office environment (especially Excel)
Ability to organize own work

Your Responsibilities

Maintaining employee records: preparing and filing employment contracts, annexes, certificates of employment and certificates
Verifying attendance, vacations, sick leave and recording working time in the personnel system
Entering and updating employee data in the personnel and payroll system
Preparing data for calculating salaries and verifying payrolls
Providing employees with basic information regarding employment, salaries and benefits to which they are entitled
Supporting the HR department in dealing with authorities (ZUS, US, GUS) and in preparing declarations and reports
