Job description

We are looking for a person to join our client's occupational safety and health department. If you have experience in occupational safety. We are looking for a person who not only knows the regulations, but can implement them effectively, educate the team and act with passion to improve working conditions and sustainability.

What We're Looking For

- University degree in environmental protection/environmental engineering/environmental management or related fields (e.g. chemistry, biology, chemical engineering)
- Very good knowledge of health and safety regulations, labor law and environmental law
- Experience in environmental and HSE data reporting
- Knowledge of management standards and systems (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Advanced knowledge of English - especially in a technical and reporting context
- Ability to work with Office tools and ERP systems
- Proactivity, high personal culture and assertiveness
- Ability to make decisions independently and manage change effectively
- Ability to build authority and trust within the team

Your Responsibilities

Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and labor laws
Assessing occupational risks, conducting audits, post-accident analyses
Creating and implementing OSH procedures, instructions and training programs
Conducting training courses, lectures and educational campaigns on occupational safety and health and environmental protection
Supervision of environmental issues (emissions, waste, water and sewage management)
Preparation of required reporting (KOBiZE, BDO, GIOŚ)
Cooperation with corporate headquarters - reporting in English
Work in accordance with HSE standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
Analysis of accident data, emissions, HSE KPIs
Work closely with production department, management and auditors
Enforce compliance in a partnership manner based on mutual respect
Manage processes in your area and resolve complex issues, including interpersonal issues
