For our client in Koszalin - a stable manufacturing company - we are looking for committed candidates interested in developing in the position of Foreman - Injection Moulding Machine Operator.

What We're Looking For

Willingness to work in a three-shift system from Monday to Friday
Minimum basic vocational education
Ability to organize work and lead a team
Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet
Experience in a similar position will be an advantage
Good knowledge of plastics processing

Your Responsibilities

Operating injection molding machines and performing production tasks in accordance with technological processes
Supervising the work of the team, planning and coordinating the tasks at the workstations
Taking care of the smoothness of the production process and the quality of the product
