What We're Looking For

Knowledge of English (contact with foreign customers)
Good knowledge of Polish language (spoken and written)
Knowledge of German - an additional asset
Good knowledge of Excel
Experience in customer service is welcome
Minimum secondary education
Communication skills, good organization of work, meticulousness

Your Responsibilities

Administering and coordinating customer orders
Conducting communications with customers and internally
Updating data in analytical systems
Analyzing production reports and providing information to the team
Maintaining electronic and paper records
Building positive relationships with customers
