What We're Looking For

Min. 2 years of experience in a management position in manufacturing
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Knowledge of English at a communicative level
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, SMED - welcome
Knowledge of SAP (manufacturing module) - an added advantage
Willingness to work in a 4-brigade system

Your Responsibilities

Supervise and improve production processes
Analysis and optimization of production costs
Preparation and analysis of production data
Monitoring the performance of the team and production positions
Managing and motivating employees
Implementing and improving production procedures
