For our client - a company operating in an international environment - we are looking for candidates for the position of Sales Support Specialist. What We're Looking For
- University degree (economics, administration or related field preferred)
- Minimum one year of experience in sales support or customer service area
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Very good knowledge of English - a necessary requirement for daily work
- Knowledge of German will be an advantage
- Experience in working with ERP system (e.g. SAP) is welcome
Your Responsibilities
- Creating price quotations and preparing quotes for customers
- Supporting trade negotiations and contacting contractors
- Handling orders in the ERP system and ensuring data accuracy
- Preparing sales reports and statements for internal purposes
- Control and archiving of sales documents
- Handling complaints and post-sales support
- Cooperation with other departments of the company in ongoing projects
