What We're Looking For

Experience in production work
Secondary or vocational technical education (automation, electromechanics, electrical engineering are welcome)
Ability to read technical documentation and operate diagnostic tools and equipment
Willingness to learn and develop their competence
Ability to think analytically and make quick decisions under time pressure

Your Responsibilities

You diagnose, detect and repair production machinery failures
You perform technical inspections, ensure the efficiency of the machinery fleet and keep an eye on service schedules
You work with the production team to keep each line running at peak performance
You propose and implement improvements to make life easier for everyone
