Job description
Our client is a leader in the production of premixes and feed additives for animals.
We are currently seeking an experienced candidate in this area, for the position of swine nutrition advisor. We rely on ambitious people who want to grow to achieve the goals of an international brand.
Subordinate areas - counties: leszczyński, kościański, rawicki, krotoszyński, ostrowski, pleszewski, kaliski, ostrzeszowski.

What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with the agricultural industry, especially knowledge and experience in animal nutrition.
- Higher education, possibly secondary education in the field (preferred majors: animal science, veterinary medicine, agriculture).
- High motivation and a goal-oriented attitude.
- Self-motivation and ability to set priorities.
- Analytical skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Communicativeness.
Your Responsibilities
- Active acquisition of new clients in the assigned territory and cooperation with existing ones.
- Analyzing the competition and the company's current market position.
- Developing offers and negotiating with clients.
- Preparing contracts and supervising their execution.
- Realization of established sales budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest quality of products offered.
- Participate in trade shows and industry conferences.
