Wymagania
- Educational background in business, engineering, or a related field, with a strong interest in technical sales.
- Initial experience in sales, account management, or customer support, preferably in the marine sector or related industries.
- Eagerness to develop in an international sales environment and gain expertise in composite materials and technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, eager to take ownership of tasks and contribute to business growth.
- Team-oriented and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Good command of English; additional European languages (especially German) would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel in Poland and internationally, including regular visits to customers and company sites.
Obowiązki
- Managing direct customer accounts and distribution partners within the marine sector.
- Expanding and maintaining client relationships in Poland and selected European markets.
- Preparing sales offers and contracts under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities and track industry trends.
- Providing administrative and operational support in monitoring budget performance and sales targets.
- Coordinating communication between clients and internal teams, including Quality, Product Management, and Customer Service.
- Participating in customer meetings and industry events, both locally and internationally, to strengthen business relationships.
- Gradually developing expertise in technical sales, with a focus on composite solutions for the marine industry.
