Wymagania
- Educational background in commerce, engineering, or a related field, with additional training in technical sales being an asset.
- Proven experience in technical sales for the automotive industry, preferably as a Sales Manager in the composites industry (resin, glass fiber, core materials).
- Extensive international sales expertise, with previous experience abroad considered an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the composites sector and its market dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to develop customer-centric solutions and actively drive business growth.
- Strong results-oriented mindset, with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer partnerships and identify client needs.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a reliable, supportive, and engaged work style.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to contribute and support an existing team.
- Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and viewing challenges as opportunities.
- Curiosity and interest in exploring new applications of products and expanding industry knowledge.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time.
Obowiązki
- Managing both direct customer accounts (automotive sector) and distribution partners, ensuring strong business relationships.
- Expanding and maintaining national and international client portfolios within the designated sales territory (Poland and/or other European conutry)
- Preparing offers, contracts, and framework agreements tailored to customer needs.
- Tracking budget performance and overseeing the execution of strategic action plans.
- Identifying new business opportunities and assessing their profitability within the sales region.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, industry potential, key competitors, and overall market dynamics.
- Actively contributing to the growth strategy and supporting its implementation within the division.
- Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, including Quality, Product Management, and Customer Service.
