Phone interview

Let us get to know you better. During the phone interview, we’ll discuss your key competencies, motivation, and the formal requirements for the specific position.

Interview with the HR Business Partner (online or offline)

We’ll discuss the specifics of the job for that position.

Recruitment task

Before the first meeting, we may ask you to complete a task and/or take a competency tests, practical knowledge tests, or language tests. You’ll always be informed about the tasks before the interview.

Interview with the supervisor

It’s not just a conversation about the details, but also a chance for both sides to evaluate if and how well we match.

Feedback and job offer

We always follow up after the recruitment process, even if we won’t be working together this time.
