Needs analysis
We always start by thoroughly understanding your business model and recruitment needs to create a detailed employee profile and a customised recruitment process.

Recruitment and selection
We choose candidates from our database who match the profile the best. We conduct recruitment in Poland as well as in Ukraine.

Verification
We conduct interviews with candidates — either in person or online. We know what to ask to assess not only competencies, qualifications, and necessary certifications but also motivation for the job.

Additional tests
If needed, we conduct additional tests, such as welding samples. We can also provide you with a video CV of the candidate.

Candidate selection
You receive detailed candidate profiles from us along with our recommendations, which will help you make your choice.

Contract signing
We initiate the administrative process for legally employing a foreign worker in Poland and handle all the required documentation.

Coordination and care
