.What We're Looking For
- No experience required - we provide full training
- Willingness to work three shifts
- Manual skills and attention to detail
Your Responsibilities
- Manual assembly of mattress components, such as foams and covers
- Product finish quality inspection
- Collaborate with the team to implement the production plan
