Job description
We are looking for a person for the position of Quality Controller, who will be responsible for supervising the quality of manufactured products and monitoring product compliance at various stages of production.
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift, 4-brigade system
- Minimum vocational education (secondary technical education is welcome)
- Experience in production work and/or process control welcome
- Ability to operate measurement tools such as caliper and micrometer welcome
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Meticulousness, accuracy and a high level of commitment
- Communication skills and openness to cooperation
Your Responsibilities
- Sampling and testing according to the established control plan
- Evaluating the quality of products on the basis of test results and statistical inspection of samples
- Releasing finished products to the warehouse after approval of their quality
- Monitoring product quality on the production line - control at all stages of the production process
- Overseeing the quality at the change of lithography,
- Operating and calibrating measurement equipment,
- Conducting specialized tests (e.g. abrasion test, mobility),
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure high product quality on an ongoing basis
