Your Responsibilities

You will develop recruitment strategies to find the ideal temporary employees
You will comprehensively conduct recruitment processes - from actively searching for candidates to thoroughly assessing their skills, competencies and motivations
You will establish friendly relationships with candidates, ensuring that they have a positive experience during the recruitment process
You will take responsibility for monitoring the labor market and identifying potential recruitment sources
You will take care of proactive management of the candidate database, keeping the data up-to-date and enabling rapid response to market and customer needs
You will systematically report your activities in the Salesforce platform, allowing you to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure transparency of your operations
You will collaborate on a daily basis with other departments, such as sales and project support

What We Offer

You have at least two years of experience in recruitment, including mass recruitment
You are comfortable communicating in Polish, as well as Ukrainian/Belarusian/Russian - your philological education (e.g. Russian philology) will be a great asset.
You are committed to achieving optimal results in recruitment processes
You are able to organize your work effectively and engage in a variety of projects simultaneously, this is very important to us
You have a working knowledge of methods for assessing the skills and competencies of candidates, relevant to the job profile
You have experience working with a database and using tools to support recruitment processes
Your communication skills should include both listening skills and flexible adaptation to the needs of the interviewee
