Job description

For our Client, a stable and rapidly growing organization operating in the pharmaceutical sector - we are looking for an experienced and independent Candidate to take on the independent and responsible role of Key Account Manager, responsible for the development and management of sales of medicinal products in the hospital channel in the domestic market.

The person in this position will be a key link in the company's sales structure, responsible both for building long-term relationships with business partners and for fully leading the sales process, including preparation of tender offers, commercial negotiations and cooperation with internal support teams.

Your Responsibilities

- Independently manage a portfolio of hospital and institutional clients in the domestic market.

- Building and developing long-term relationships with key hospital units, hospital pharmacies and hospital administration.

- Full responsibility for participation in public procurement sales processes: monitoring the tender market, analyzing the ToR documentation, preparing bids and leading the entire bidding process.

- Actively shaping pricing, product policy and sales strategy in the subordinate area.

- Identifying customer needs and preparing customized solutions for the hospital market.

- Independently conduct sales and negotiation talks with representatives of hospitals, administration, tender committees and hospital pharmacies.

- Close cooperation with the company's internal departments: logistics, purchasing, regulatory affairs.

- Management and coordination of a 2-person team of tender specialists.

What We Offer

  • Several years of experience in selling medicinal products to hospitals in the Polish market
  • Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, the specifics of the hospital market and public procurement in health care
  • Practical experience in preparing tender documents, analyzing ToRs and operating tender platforms
  • Proficiency in independently conducting sales and negotiation talks with representatives of hospitals, administration and tender committees
  • Ability to conduct sales projects and manage complex commercial processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and experience in managing sales projects
  • Independence in planning activities, business maturity, responsibility for the result and strong goal orientation
  • Personal culture, perseverance, communication skills, courage in action and ability to build direct business relationships
