Job description

What We're Looking For
- Individuals who are well organized and open-minded in dealing with others
- Ready to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions
- Able to remain calm under time pressure
- Experience is not required - we will teach you everything!
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage
Your Responsibilities
- Answering telephone assistance calls and providing support to customers
- Recording requests in the system and monitoring their completion
- Collaborating with a team of consultants, leaders and external partners
- Supplementing information by contacting application users
- Ensuring the quality of service in accordance with our standards
What We Offer
- A ¾-time contract to start (6-9 months), with the possibility of moving to full-time and a contract of employment
- Initial training that will prepare you for independent work
- Flexible schedule (hours between 8:00 and 22:00), and after about 9 months - up to 4 night shifts per month
